This 2-15/16" round clearance and side marker light uses 5 red LEDs that put out a bright, even glow while drawing just 0.063 amps at 12.8V. The LEDs last up to 50 times longer than incandescent bulbs and don’t have fragile filaments to burn out. This light is built for environments where water is a constant concern. The polycarbonate housing and red lens are sonically sealed together into one waterproof unit, making it fully submersible. Visibility from multiple angles matters when safety is on the line. This PC-rated light throws light 90 degrees to either side of its centerline for a full 180-degree spread. When properly mounted, it can serve as both a clearance and side marker light so other drivers can see your trailer from the front, rear, or sides.
No need for separate brackets or complicated hardware. The built-in flange lets you mount the light directly using the holes around its edge—2-1/4" apart center to center. It fits in a 2-1/4" diameter hole and connects with an industry-standard 2-prong plug like the A46PB (sold separately). That straightforward setup makes installation quick and clean.

Today were looking at the Optronics Sealed 2 inch round LED Trailer Clearance and Side Marker Light, part number MCL52RB. This is a sealed waterproof lens and housing. It conventionally accepts the industry standard 2 prong plug, which is required and sold separately. It's a 5 red LED light emitting diodes. It has a lifetime warranty on the LEDs.
The LED lights draw .221 amps on 12.8 volts. Lets go ahead and see what our light looks like when it's lit up. Supply a ground and a power to the back plugs on the light. Now we'll go ahead and shut off the lights so you can see what it looks like in the dark.
