  The side and/or VIN of the trailer is not required. The Fulton fender # F008574 can be fitted on either side of the trailer. And since it is a universal application it does not matter what the trailer make and model is. What does matter are the fender dimensions. • What Do You Use to Mount Plastic Fenders to a Tow Dolly
  Usually customers will use a couple of L-brackets, such as # PF775-BKT-2, to mount a replacement fender. You would need to drill holes in the fender so the studs on the trailer can go through. It has mounting bracket measurements that are 30-1/4" though without cutouts for lights. There is also the Fulton # F008573 which is for 13" wheels, measures 40" long, 12" high and mounting bracket slots that are 28" apart. Instead of making a whole cutout in the fender you can pick up a surface-mount side marker light, like part # MC44AB, and just cut provisions for the wiring and mounting hardware.
