Hello,I would like to know if you have two fenders sized 36 x 10-3/4 x 18 based on the item below... Single Axle Trailer Fender w/ Backing Plate - Ribbed Steel - 14 to 15 Wheels - Qty 1 Item # HP29FR

We have one very close, but not that exact size; what we do have is a 36" long x 10-3/4" wide x 20" tall fender:

- Single Axle Trailer Fender for Enclosed Trailers - Steel - 15" to 16" Wheels # HP46VR

The closest we have is the steel fender part #HP46VR which is designed for a 16 inch trailer wheel and is 10-3/4 inches wide. This would be a few inches wider than what you mentioned but could potentially work.
