I absolutely hate to leave this store a bad review because I've had nothing but good experiences with them in the past. However I'm extremely disappointed. I Purchased these replacement fenders through etrailer after shopping around and even though they were cheaper elsewhere I opted to do my business with etrailer and pay a little more knowing how impressed I've been in the past with the level of pride they take in shipping items, I've gotten boxes inside of boxes in the past. Unfortunately this time I recieved $xxx worth of dented up fenders for my trailer. They were only wrapped in stretch wrap, not even bubble wrap much less a box. Very disappointed in etrailer after this purchase. You guys can do better, I've seen you do better, with the rims and tires I bought there for this same trailer.1375869

They do not work for 15 inch wheels . My trailer had no fenders so I had nothing to compare them to. I bought some 14 ga. Material and made them 4 inches longer. I radiused the sides with a snap on impact deep socket. Mig welded them up and will sand down tomorrow . They fit great now. Thank you.1525485

Your fenders arrived yesterday. They look fine. It would have been nice if the person I dealt with on the phone had mentioned the panels that close off the back of the fender. I noticed the panels on your web site while checking to see the status of the fenders that were supposed to be delivered on March 30 but didn't arrive until the 31st. Not a problem, since I now have to wait for the second order of the backing panels. Not totally the salesperson's fault as I should have noticed the lack of backing on the website photo. Metal was thick enough to weld safely to the trailer frame and thicker angle iron. I did a crappy spray can paint job(just brake cleaned them before painting) and they are still looking great a year later.1709828

Have to be a bit gentle with these since they can be warped out of shape before attaching, but they are otherwise good quality, and welded up nicely to my trailer.3178616

The fenders are good quality although had to modify them to fit my trailer. My issue is how they were shipped. no protection aside from a plastic film on them and shipped both fenders in one box so they came with some scratches which was pretty disappointing. I reached out to ETRAILER but no one ever responded. if they'd take a moment to pack them to protect them during shipment I'd have given 5 stars. Although exact same size as my original fenders, I had to use ratchet straps and a floor jack to get them in position and drill new mounting holes. In the end, aside from some scratches during shipping they look great and have had no issues. I'd probably buy them again but would call and ask if they'd protect them instead of just throwing them in a box.1722053

They sent me two of the same side fenders I believe two left fenders, I would have returned them and gotten a the correct one sent but I didn't realize until to late. We had gotten someone to come out and weld them on and he is the one who figured out they sent two of the same sides. Because he drove two hours to come weld them on for us and we needed them put on asap, we had to just weld them on anyways. Although they aren't even our welder did a great job at making them look the best he could. Wish the correct ones were sent so that they would have been perfect but it's just a bit of a bummer. The fenders them self are great looking good quality and sturdy it was just who ever packed it unfortunately made an error. I purchased a lot more things from this buisness and all are great other then this error1746499
