I received my order today, I am very pleased with how quickly it shipped. When I opened the box I was also very pleased with the care taken to use packing papers to protect the contents. I bought a trailer coupler, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the craftsmanship used and materials used to make it "HEAVY DUTY " . I would highly recommend this product. CA-5280-QB.
This is a very nice piece. It works great and is well built. The only drawback is where the tongue jack mounts. My old one was threaded. This one just has holes for the bolts. The front bolt is very difficult to get a nut onto the bolts I had to put the nut in a socket attached to an extension then duct tape a washer to it and put it through the small opening at the bottom to get it started. Other than that it’s a very nice coupler.
It does exactly what I hoped. It moved the trailer back a few inches so I can open my tailgate to access my generator without un-hitching.but keep in mind that if you have a weight distribution set up that means the chain lifts will have to move forward as well. This interfered with my propane tanks so I built a riser for the tanks to secure to. I'm happy with it. Mig welded on real easy.

I love the way it couples and the longe distance in front of the jack. Makes it a lot easier to get tailgate down on the truck. Also how I can just go up in the suspension and it locks without me having to get out of the truck.

The swap over looks great, Tim! Being able to open your tailgate I bet is a game changer. Even though you had to make a few mods to get all the other equipment adjusted. I think this was a win in the end.
