I went out to the warehouse and measured the A-Frame Trailer Coupler # CA-5280-RB and found that from the widest point to the smallest point it measured 10-9/16" and 2-5/8" respectively. This will give you the angle.

The overall height of the piece that fits over the frame was about 3-7/8" while the inner height (where it site on the frame) measured about 3-1/4". I have attached a picture and a review video for you to check out.
