I used the roller for a rack on my Jeep, they worked great and I am very happy with my purchase and etrailer.
Just the right profile for my wooden dinghy to attach to the trailer tongue using a 3" U bolt.
The end cap that holds the rubber roller fell off. Please send me a new cap.

Using them to support stern inside boathouse mounted on 2 x 10's. Work fantastic. Tough rollers but not scratching bottom. Really like them a lot. Makes for a very easy launch & landing. Thanks! Great stuff.
Bow roller for my boat trailer rebuild is perfect. Base is offset from the centerline of the roller making for different mounting options.
Fast shipping. Only problem was one part was back ordered. I got an email about the back order right a way and tried to change the item to another that would ship sooner. The link was simple but did not work, I’m not sure if there was another step to take or what, it just wasn’t clear. I needed to call to get the part swapped. The phone lambrthret was extensive and time consuming.
But in the end I’m happy with what I got.
Item will do the job. Do not trust the cap nuts so will drill and install cotter pins. The video is great to assure ordering the proper item. Used to replace keel roller on older shorelander boat trailer.
Came quickly and was installed today. Great service and good stuff, at etrailer.
Product seemed to be good quality however after just 5 boat launches one of the caps came off of the shaft and the shaft has backed out of the bracket on one end. Going to need to find a long bolt to replace this shaft or a better shaft with retainer pins in each end.
roller and bracket were nice. Had to drill a new hole in the trailer to mount. Already installed

Theres not much more to say, good product , no problems
The rubber keel roller on my 30+ year old GLT sailboat trailer had dried out to the point that it fell off the axel. This roller from etrailer was a perfect replacement, it arrived quickly, was easy to install, and I hope it lasts another 30 years!

I placed the order on 8/9/2019 and the order arrived 8/13/2019. All of the products were exactly as I expected and fit my boat nicely. I would order again from etrailer.
Arrived well, is very strong and easy to install using 1/2 inch bolts. I/m using it for rolling the mast forward and back, this roller is installed on a 2x4 mounted (temporarily) on the bow pulpit of my Flicka 20.
:Love the offset roller...Bolted it to our dock edge and use it to roll our kayaks into the water and it makes it easy to roll them out without scratching the botom...Very well made ...5*...
I used some of your rollers to make an old trailer ready to haul our 32 foot Captains Gig.
Flat trailer converted to dual use boat trailer. Product bow roller worked great!

They are working well
I used this for my transom saver. Had to shorten the forks on the transom saver 1/2"to make it work, but does the job. Part arrived before the projected arrival date.
