Long highway drives can turn noisy when you’ve got a roof rack up top. The Malone AirFlow2’s aerodynamic shape manages airflow over and under the bars to cut down on wind noise and vibration, even when you’re pushing highway speeds. The lightweight aluminum build keeps things strong without adding unnecessary weight, and the rubber strips in the T-slots help reduce drag and keep wind sounds down for a smoother drive.
When you’re hauling kayaks, cargo boxes, or camping gear, you want a setup that feels solid. These aluminum crossbars support up to 165 lbs while staying rustproof and steady. The full 65" bar length gives plenty of room for multiple accessories, so you can fit carriers side by side without crowding the roof. Plastic endcaps keep out water and debris for long-term durability.
Having the freedom to use different gear setups is what makes this rack so versatile. The built-in top channels let you slide in channel-mount accessories like load stops or eye bolts, while the bar shape also fits most clamp-on mounts. You can trim and re-insert the rubber strips around your hardware to keep the channels sealed and quiet once everything’s installed.

Getting a snug fit doesn’t have to be complicated. The rubber-coated steel clamps wrap tightly around your raised side rails for a secure hold that won’t scratch or damage them. Tighten everything down with the included installation tool until it’s snug, then lock the tower covers to secure the rack in place. When it’s time to take it off, loosen the bolts inside the towers and lift the whole system off as one piece—fast and easy.

You don’t need extra parts to keep your rack safe from theft or weather. Each molded nylon tower has a locking cover that shields internal hardware from rain and sun while keeping unwanted hands from tampering with it. The durable, weather-resistant towers hold their shape over time so your rack stays secure trip after trip.

Roof rack still working fine after many miles. Holding up well. Only new issue is I wish there was a way to permanently attach the rubber that protects the car as they often fall off and get lost temporarily when off the vehicle. Tried to glue, but that glue didnt work. Maybe will try some different glue next.
