Hey John, thanks for reaching out. Nice cars! I own two Toyotas as well, and those mid-2000s Toyotas are some of the best cars ever made!
Anyway, yes, we can provide Hullavator # TH898 compatible roof racks for both of those vehicles. Here is what I recommend:
2015 Toyota Sienna:
- Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack - Aero Crossbars - Raised Side Rails - Aluminum - 58" Long - Black # MAL84AR
2004 Toyota Highlander:
- Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack - Aero Crossbars - Raised Side Rails - Aluminum - 65" Long - Black # MAL24AR (for factory installed raised rails)
Both of these come with longer crossbars, which are exactly what the Hullavator requires. That way you can use the lift assist without risking making contact with the side of the vehicle.
What kind of kayaks do you have?

I have had a set of the Malone AirFlow2 crossbars for a couple of years now. They have worked flawlessly. I use a Thule carrier on our 2018 Chevy Traverse. We have taken multiple trips to the East Coast (17-hour drive) and have had no issues. The hex key in the end of the mount allows you to tighten the crossbar down so there is no movement at all. The initial setup is a bit touchy as you set the width of your brackets and need to do some measuring, but once they are set, they are good to go. I have no doubt the pricier options might be easier to set up and maybe better quality but these are quiet, sturdy, and have served their purpose well.

Hello, I have had the malone airflow2 roof rack for a few months and personally would not recommend them. I would get a roof rack that is fixed with the inability to have side to side movement. Recently, I have found that the crossbars move laterally as I have a trunx cargo box mounted when I drove. I have had to tie the brackets of the cargo box to the bars on my cars to prevent any movement. The malone crossbars actually almost slid completely out of the channel and there is no way to tighten them to prevent movement.
