Yes, there are Rich. The Load Stops for Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbars - 4" Tall item # S602 and the Thule Eye Bolt Tie-Down Anchors - Qty 2 item # TH37QC are both compatible with the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack item # MAL24AR.
The Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack item # MAL24AR clamps directly to the rails on the roof of a 1999 Chevrolet Suburban. They have a 165 lbs capacity.
The Load Stops item # S602 measures 4" tall, and are made from durable glass-reinforced nylon. They're sold as a pair.
The Thule Eye Bolt Tie-Down Anchors item # TH37QC are sold as a pair and will slide right into the t-slots.
