  Since you said 71 inch crossbars wouldn't extend past the side mirrors on your 2022 Lexus GX460 it would work and be safe. You'd want to watch your head getting and and out of the vehicle and also around tight corners in like drive through lines. So for the crossbars you'd want the part # IN434 that you referenced plus the feet part # INXP and the fit kit part # INTR152. It would not be super difficult to change bars but it's not something that happens super fast if that makes sense.
