Can Old Thule Square Crossbars Fit 2024 Toyota RAV4 With Flush Mounted Rails

I have a 2024 Rav4 with flush mounted front to rear bars installed. And I have a brand new pair of 5ft square cross bars. Can I get a feet kit to marry these together? I know Thule stopped making rhe square bars but I have a pair and want to use them.
