Looking at using my old Thule square bars. with a tons of accessories on a lexus Gx 460 2019. I know footpack will have to change, but hate to do away with everything else. Thx

Hi Rick; assuming you have the flush mounted rails on your 2019 Lexus GX 460 you can use the Inno system to mount your Thule bars. The Inno and old Thule square bars are the same. You will need the Custom Fit Kit # INTR152 along with the Inno Feet for Square Crossbars # INXP.
