Thank you for your picture. The Inno Roof Rack Kit # INB117, # INXP, # INTR162 definitely fits your 2018 MB GLA250.

It looks like you have the Rhino-Rack Nautic Roof Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs # RR570 which are compatible with square bars like this Inno rack. The # INB117 dimensions are 46" long x 7/8" tall x 1-1/4" wide and the maximum crossbar dimensions for the Rhino Rack Carrier is 3-7/8" wide x 1-3/8" tall. You'll need a minimum crossbar spread of 23-9/16" for these Rhino Rack cradles and this will work fine for you.

The # INXP feet will fit the outside flush mounted rails that run front to back on your 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class. The feet mount to your roof with base units and tighten with locking levers to secure the system to your roof. This is usually preferable to the hooks that mount to the inside door wells.
