Roof Rack Feet and Fit Kit for Thule Square Bars on 2021 - 2022 RAV4 Prime

I have a Thule roof rack with square bars on the car I am selling and would like to use these bars on my new RAV4 Prime. The RAV4 Prime has flush roof rails that run front to back. What fit kits and/or feet would I need? Many thanks!

Expert Reply:
I have 2 different solutions for you and it all depends on if you have the newer Thule SquareBar crossbars that have the about 10" slot on the underside of either end of the crossbar, or if you have the older style Thule Square Bar that is solid all the way around. You had 2021 Toyota RAV4 in your title but 2022 in our fitguide - the solutions below will work for either year as they have the same fits.
New Thule SquareBar
47" SquareBar - # TH712200 (make sure your bars are this size - larger or smaller may not fit)
Rapid Podium Feet - # TH460R
Fit Kit - # TH78RE
Older Thule Square Bar
Inno Feet - # INXP
Fit Kit - # IN33FR
The Inno system uses 46" bars so as long as your bars are at least 46" long you're good to go with the older system. In the recent past Thule revamped their whole roof rack line which is why you'll need different parts for the newer or older crossbars.
