The holes on the male pipe are just slightly too tight for the pin due to the paint. An easy fix, but worth mentioning.

every thing was great
The jack just got here today and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. I didn't check with anyone on the cost to have the mount welded, but it would have added $50 to $100 to the cost. I was very impressed with the bolt-on mount and when you are working with tire carriers and tool boxes on that small tongue it is nice to have the ability to change a few inches or so. Thanks etrailer for a quality product.
