The hitch installed easily, though I was unhappy to find that I'd lose the nifty assist step. I didn't need the tow hooks but I liked that step. On to not whining, I pulled our 6000# travel trailer with it and all is good. Nice hitch.
Super easy to install. 10 bolts on each side. With a impact drill and an extra set of hands, we had this hung up in 20 minutes. Wiring was behind the bumper with a plug over it. Drilled a hole through the bumper cover (which has metal behind it for mounting) to expose the harness and installed the 7 pin harness. Installed a relay under the hood and had everything done and working in 45 minutes

Great product. Everything lined up right. Package was delivered crazy fast. The installation was fairly simple. I had to remove the tow hooks but etrailer specifically states I’d have to do that. Very happy with my purchase.

Easy install on a 2017 nissan titan s basic tools needed . Me and my 9 year old son installed it, took about 5 minutes. Directions are given but not needed its self explanatory. All new hardware is supplied also.
I have a 2018 Nissan Titan, and while the connector was a perfect fit for connectivity to the factory connector. The Curt T-Connector wiring harness was about 6 inches short from connecting to the factory harness when mounted on the trailer hitch bracket. So, I was forced to mount it on the opposite side by drilling holes in bumper.

I’ve been towing for a year and it’s working great!
I've installed many after market towing products over the years. I'm 70 years old. I bought a new 2019 Nissan Titan without the towing package. This tow bar and sleeve are as good or better than any other product I've purchased and the price is excellent. I also bought the 7 and 4 Pole Trailer Connector Socket with the same results. My only request would be to include the needed pig tail to plug into the truck socket and the Trailer Connector Socket for my specific truck. Thank you for a great product. You are now on my tool bar as a 'go to first merchant'!

It has been excellent and still looks like new.
1. Great price. I previously ordered Two other hitches; one from a [car] dealership and from [camping store] (local). After 4-6 weeks of waiting for each one I canceled both, ordered from etrailer at one third of the cost and received the etrailer hitch in four days!
2. I had some trouble on installation due to the forward left mounting point being more than an inch from alignment with the bolt hole on the truck frame. I've owned truck since new so it wasn't a chassis issue. I ran the bolts barely through the frame nuts but five bolts still didn't align enough to start the threads. Then I took a heavy 6-inch C clamp and was able to pull the front left mount point outward to align correctly and this moved the other bolts just enough to start easily by hand. Total installation time about three hours by myself in the driveway with a breaker bar, ratcheting torque wrench, sockets, and C clamp. Powder coating flakes off too easily as someone mentioned in another review.

The reciever assembly was extremely easy to install and fit like it was designed by Nissan. It tucks up under the rear bumper as far as it can and appears to be extremely strong. My son and I had it installed in less than 20 minutes. One hint: they hide the new fasteners and installation instructions inside of the reciever tube.

It is a good quality hitch and has performed with almost no problems. My only complaint is that the inside corners of the hitch are quite rounded, so I cant install some of the light duty accessories with sharp carners

The trailer has been working out great. It was a good buy.
Easy to put on matched up left. Video helped with the washer fit and the lack of space for 2 washers.
This is a really great receiver hitch. I easily installed it in the driveway by myself. I really like the bigger holes for your tow chains and the bracket for your electrical plug.
Great service and fast shipping. Hitch bolted on with no issues and is built well. Only concern is the bracket welded on for the wiring harness is on the LH side and the connector on the 2019 Titan is on the RH side. When paired with the adapter I had to manipulate the wiring harnesses to be able to reach the bracket to mount the plug.
Pros. Easy to install. Does what it's supposed to. Fits snug to the bumper. I like the large safety chain loops.
Cons. Paint / coating wasn't applied well. Chipped off in several places just by touching with my hand. The mount for the wiring receptical was welded on crooked. Had to shim up one side to make it look decent. Mount should also be on the other side of the hitch since that's where the factory wiring is. The mount should also be welded higher on the tube of the hitch. Its location makes the wiring receptical hang lower than it should.
My order was held up for wiring that they had no idea when they would get it. I had to call to find this out after not receiving my order on time. UPS destroyed the box which delayed my order another day. I need to call to find that out also. I had to go with another company for the wiring that got to me before the hitch. All in all I will not buy from etrailer again
The hitch is good looking and looks like it was born on my truck. I had a friend with experience help put it on the truck but I could have done it with a helping hand to support it at the crucial point of installation. I haven't had any heavy loads on it yet but I am confident from the installation that it can do the job.
Great company. Great product. Lowest price I could find for my TItan trailer hitch. Didn’t notice when I purchased the truck it didn’t have a trailer hitch. It went on quick and easy with no surprises. Etrailer had several videos of installing my product from start to finish including the wiring necessary to complete the project. They had everything covered Don’t think I’ve had an easier project - ever. Now I can hook onto the boat or utility trailer and take care of business.

Works great as I expected. I been utilizing it alot no problems at all!
Hitch is great mounted easy but I ordered it for my 2019 Nissan Titan and the mounting bracket for hitch plug is on the wrong side of hitch for my truck. And even with wiring kit I ordered it is still far to short to be able to use plug bracket that comes welded to hitch frame. So good old zip ties to the rescue for now.
