Question:
I would like to purchase the draw-tite hitch for my truck part #76154. I like this hitch because it has a built in bracket for the plug adapter part # N40975. However, looking under the truck, it looks like the wiring that goes to the adapter is on the opposite side from where the bracket is attached to the hitch. It doesnt look like it will reach. I cant tell for sure from the pictures, but that bracket looks to be welded on the hitch on the left side and cant be moved to the other side. I hope that makes sense. Any advice? I dont want to pay $200 plus for something that is not going to work for me. I am not going to be towing anything heavier than a boat.

The Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Round Tube Receiver Hitch # 76154 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2017 Nissan Titan. As you mentioned this particular model hitch features a mounting bracket on the left side (if you are facing the hitch from the rear of your truck) that allows for easy attachment of a bracket and 7-Way like the Hopkins # HM40975 or # N40975. The bracket is indeed welded to the hitch and cannot be relocated.
Since your factory harness/plug is on the right/passenger side of the truck, what you can do is simply add the No-Drill Mount Bracket # 18136. This will essentially let you add a plate just like the welded-on unit that's on the hitch already. Because of how it mounts though you won't need to do any drilling (or welding) to install the bracket. It simply attaches to the hitch crosstube with the included hose clamp.
I have attached an installation video for the Hopkins 7-Way that you mentioned on the 2017 Nissan Titan. In this video the installer actually uses the No-Drill Mounting Bracket so you can see exactly how all of this will work on the hitch.
