I need a hitch for my 2019 Nissan Titan SV, what do you recommend?

We have exactly what you're looking for. I recommend using the Curt # C13304 because the receiver on the hitch will sit a little bit further back than the Draw-Tite # 76154 that also fits the 2019 Nissan Titan SV. The benefit of having a hitch that doesn't stick out as far is that you won't have to worry about banging your shins against the receiver when you go to remove items from the back of the truck with the tailgate still up.
