What trailer hitch do you recommend for my 2019 Nissan Titan SV? Not sure which one is better.

Out of the Draw-Tite # 76154 and the Curt # C13304 trailer hitches I recommend the Curt option for your 2019 Nissan Titan SV because Curt tends to have stronger welds and a thicker powder coat which gives it better protection. Both options have the same weight ratings and so it really boils down to construction, for which Curt takes the prize.

Since most people who install trailer hitches on pickups typically use it for towing you'll also need wiring and a ball mount to complete a towing setup. I recommend the Hopkins Factory Style Wiring Kit # N40975 which gives you 4-Way and 7-Way connectors plus all of the relays you need to activate your trailer wiring. It is also recommended to use the No-Drill Mount Bracket # 18136 for a place to install the mounting bracket to your trailer hitch.

For a ball mount I highly recommend the B&W Tow & Stow # BWTS10048B because it gives you the 3 popular hitch ball sizes, 1-7/8" (3,500 lbs), 2" (7,500 lbs), and 2-5/16" (10,000 lbs), is made in the USA, and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. A big perk of this ball mount is that the adjustable ball part can't be removed when a locking hitch pin like part # BX88212 is installed on the shank/receiver.
