We can get your 2021 Nissan Titan SV set up with a trailer hitch receiver, and there are two that fit, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13304 and Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76154. These have the same towing capacities and install the same way, but there is one difference between them, which is ground clearance.

The Curt hitch will be approximately 20 inches from the ground to the top of the receiver while the Draw-Tite will be approximately 21-1/4 inches from the ground to the top of the receiver. That added clearance, which can be especially beneficial for accessories to avoid ground contact, is why I recommend the Draw-Tite:

The only other thing I recommend is a hitch cover to help keep the inside of your receiver clean, which you can get with the Rubber Hitch Cover for 2" Trailer Hitches # 22282.
