Question:

I saw this is made to mount on a square hitch but I am looking to buy the Draw-Tite hitch Item # 76154. Will this work for that hitch? If not, do you have a long bracket that will be appropriate?

The Curt No-Drill Bracket # C57202 is compatible with rounded trailer hitch crosstubes like how the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 76154 is designed for your 2019 Nissan Titan. It is worth noting that although the Draw-Tite has a mounting bracket already installed on the crosstube itself, as you can see in the attached photo, the wiring on your Nissan will not reach that far so the bracket mentioned above is needed (like what you found).

If you don't already have a trailer connector on your Nissan Titan then I recommend the Hopkins # N40975 which not only has 4-Way and 7-Way connectors, but it also comes with relays and a mounting bracket for the plug. I have attached some installation videos for you to check out.

I'm not sure if you have a ball mount or not, but when it comes to pickups I like to recommend adjustable ball mounts like the B&W Tow & Stow # BWTS10048B because it has 3 different hitch ball sizes and it can be adjusted any where from a 5" drop to a 5-1/2" rise.
