Question:
I have a 2019 Nissan Titan without the factory 7-way I guess, because there's no plug. I would like to add the 7-way and 4-way to my truck. What is needed for this?

To add a 4-way and 7-way to your 2019 Nissan Titan, all you need is the Factory Style 7-Way and 4-Way Flat Vehicle End Trailer Connector # N40975, which is the connector end which also comes with three relays that activate your tow package. The connectors are relays are the only parts required, and I have added a link to a video install showing this being installed on a Titan which will guide you through the process.
You can mount this connector directly to the tab on the front of the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 76154, or if you have a different hitch with an exposed tube you can mount it to, you can use the No-Drill Mount Bracket, Long # 18136. I also highly recommend using Dielectric Grease for Electrical Connectors # 11755 to help prevent any type of corrosion in your connector; using it will increase the connector's durability and extend its lifespan.
