Both the Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Receiver Hitch # 76154 and the Curt Class III Round Tube Receiver Hitch # C13304 are confirmed to fit your 2018 Nissan Titan SV.

Between these two options I recommend going with the Draw-Tite # 76154. Both hitches feature identical 8,000 pound towing and 800 pound tongue weight capacities but the Draw-Tite model will give you about 1-1/4 inches more of ground clearance when it's installed on your Titan SV. Because of its design it will also be tucked back from the rear bumper just a tad more than the Curt model, making it slightly more hidden for a cleaner look. It will use existing holes in the Titan's frame for a no-drill installation and all the needed hardware is included.

I have attached an installation video for this hitch on the 2017 model Nissan Titan that you can use for reference. The process will be just about identical for your 2018 model.
