I will be towing etc and need a hitch for my 2019 nissan titan can you recommend which one is best, thank you.

For your 2019 Nissan Titan I highly recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76154, which offers better ground clearance than the other hitch available for your truck and is tucked just a bit further behind the rear bumper for a cleaner appearance.
This Class III hitch will line right up to existing holes in the Titan's frame rails for a simple bolt-on (no-drill) installation and it sports an 8,000 pound towing weight capacity. I have attached a full installation video below that you can also follow along with.
