Out of the Draw-Tite # 76154 and the Curt # C13304 trailer hitches I recommend the Curt option for your 2019 Nissan Titan SV because it has a wider footprint which makes installing the spare tire easier, plus Curt is known for having stronger welds and a thicker powder coat for their trailer hitches over the Draw-Tite trailer options. This means that you'll be getting a higher quality product that is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. I have attached an installation video and some pictures of the Curt hitch on a 2017 Nissan Titan SV that you can check out.

Since pickups tend to use trailer hitches more for towing I'm guessing that's what you're wanting to use this for. In that case you'll also need the wiring kit # N40975 (with the mounting bracket # 18136) as well as a ball mount. If you don't already have a ball mount then I highly recommend the B&W Tow & Stow # BWTS10048B because it comes with 3 different hitch ball sizes, it has a 5" drop/5-1/2" rise, and can be completely secured to your trailer hitch with the hitch lock # C23025.
