The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76154 shares the same mounting location as the bed step on your 2018 Nissan Titan. So you will not be able to have an aftermarket receiver installed and retain your factory bed step.
You can use the WeatherTech BumpStep # WT81BS1 with the Draw-Tite receiver. Then you will have a step that you will not have to mess with pulling down.
