@Scott Glad we had the right fit for you Scott! What do you mainly use the hitch for?

by:

Awesome hitch! easy to hook up if you take the bumper off 4 bolts 2 plugs/wires to disconnect the bumper comes off and the hitch bolts right up. Arrived quick and easy directions if you have any trouble there’s also a YouTube video for both. either cutting a hole in the bumper where the ball is or taking the bumper off your choice.

by:

Saved my truck from damage I was rear ended hard and the only damage was to the hitch , life saver

by:

This is the second Curt hitch I have purchased from etrailer. Both were superior quality to other hitches. Fit and finish were excellent. Curt recommends cutting a 2" hole through the plastic portion of the Gladiator bumper. Do yourself a favor and remove the bumper (four easy bolts), install the hitch and have a professional looking install. Great product!

Absolutely no problems. Curt hitches are superior to the factory installed hitches.

by:

Hitch installed easily and had no issues with hardware during installation. If your gladiator has the plastic bumper with no rock sliders, it is better to remove the bumper and install the hitch for a cleaner install. No holes need to be drilled with this method.

2025 Jeep Gladiator. Nice easy install. watch the video on e-trailer, the directions with the hitch show drilling out the plastic on the bumper, the video shows taking the bumper off so you don’t see the bolt. Bumper was only 6 bolts and 3 electrical connections and it comes right off.

I love the hitch. I installed it on my Jeep Gladiator Mojave. Anyone with DIY mechanically inclinedskills can install this with a few basic tools. Instructions were easy to comprehend. I would recommend to others. I've pulled my 12' trailer with my atv and Harley many times over the course of the last year. Great product!

@BrookeM I ride to the rallies mostly. But after riding to Ohio Bike Week from NM last year, I was hurting and trailered it up and back this year. I was hurting last year lol. I've since hauled my boat and always hauling my atv. It's handy when I drop my bike off for upgrades as well.

@David I can totally see why towing the bike makes for a more comfortable ride with that kind of distance hadn't heard of the Ohio Bike Week but I looked it up - it looks like an awesome time! Do you typically stay the whole time or just go for a day or two? That's nice you're able to use the hitch for the other 'toys' too! Boat, ATV...sounds like you like adventure!

@BrookeM depends. AZ Bikeweek i stayed for the whole thing. Same with Red River. Closer to home. I'm from Ohio so visited family for 4 days and then did a VRBO and attended the rally for 4 days. Sturgis is coming up and will likely go for 7 days. 4 corners rally coming up for a weekend getaway Labor Day Weekend. Then it's time to focus on my true passion. Hunting elk and muke deer with my bow in NM and CO. Ill tow my atv for those hunts. Yeah I know. I have a Jeep but you can't drive that on atv trails and get back where I want to be. And I want to be where the elk are ;)

  • Do You Carry the Replacement Hardware for My Curt Hitch On My 2024 Jeep Gladiator?
Hello Ray, We do sell replacement hardware kits, but we do not sell the parts individually. You are going to want to order the Replacement Hardware Kit for Trailer Hitches # RHK. When you are on the product page you will need to put 13434 (the manufacturers hitch number for # CU74FR) where it says "Hitch Item Number." Are you swapping cars, or did it not come with all the hardware?

  • Trailer Hitch for Jeep Gladiator
Hey Nick! The Curt # C74DR and # CU74FR are both designed to fit the 2020-2026 Jeep Gladiator. Both have a bolt-on installation but the # CU74FR will be much easier to install compared to the full hitch. This has a max gross trailer weight of 5,000 lbs and tongue weight of 500 lbs. If your Gladiator is equipped to tow more and you need the higher capacity, or if you want to use a weight distribution hitch, you need the # C74DR instead. This hitch is rated for weight distribution and has...

  • Does the Curt Hitch CU74FR Fit a 2024 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon?
Yes, it does! The Curt Hitch item # CU74FR has been confirmed to fit all models of the 2024 Jeep Gladiator including the Rubicon. This hitch is by far one of the easiest to install. It easily attaches to your Jeeps rear bumper with three included bolts. The installation takes only a few minutes. The Curt Hitch item # CU74FR is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 5,000 lbs towing capacity and a 500 lbs maximum tongue weight. I have linked an installation video below to help...

  • What is the Difference Between the Draw-Tite and Curt Hitches for My 2021 Jeep Gladiator?
There are a couple of pretty big differences between the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # DR64FR and the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # CU74FR that fit your 2021 Jeep Gladiator, and I'll go over them so you can decide which trailer hitch is the better option for you. The first big difference is the install, with the Draw-Tite hitch being a more "traditional" install that secures to your Jeep's trailer frame using a combination of existing hardware and supplied hardware. • Can OEM Hitch on 2021 Jeep Gladiator Be Replaced with Draw-Tite 76310
If your OEM hitch is simply bolted into place onto the crossmember, you could indeed remove it and install the Draw-Tite 76310 which we sell as # DR64FR Class III hitch in its place. If the existing hitch is welded into place, it could be an integral part of the vehicle frame and shouldn't be removed. If what you're referring to is simply the crossmember at the rear of the vehicle that has the holes to accept a bolt on receiver, you can simply use # CU74FR, but you'd need a hole saw to...

Yeah, there are no TorkLift SuperHitches available for a 2023 Jeep Gladiator or any Jeep. Those are the heaviest duty bumper pull hitches and are reserved for large trucks with the highest towing capacities. You'll want to look into a weight distribution system with an extended shank if your Gladiator's hitch is rated for one. This hitch only has a maximum gross trailer weight of 5,000 lbs. Unfortunately, the # DR64FR will not fit the Rubicon model.
