The hitch itself works fine and as you would expect. Installation is straightforward and easy. The reason why I’m rating this low, and honestly I can’t believe they would ask me to rate this one year later, is because I ordered the wrong hitch initially due to not selecting the correct package on my vehicle. After them refusing to help me return the old hitch in anyway and then they charged me $80 for one fishing wire all I can say is if you ever order the wrong hitch from these people just keep it. It’s better than paying $200 to test to see if it will work on your truck. I will never use etrailer again.

The hitch went on with no complaints. It fit well and will work fine. Now need a rubber plug or something to cover the hole in the bumper.
perfect fit and very easy to install even though I took the “difficult” way and removed my rear bumper to install the hitch since I didn’t want to drill into my bumper. looks way cleaner this way and looks great!

Super pleased with the tow receiver I purchased from you for my Jeep Gladiator. Nice solid product, easy install, looks amazing on my Jeep and now ready to use. The only change I made in install was to remove my rear bumper for install opposed to drilling through it for the center bolt like in the supplied directions. Loved the install bolt tool they came with. Thanks etrailer!

Used a bunch of times, mostly for my 5x7 utility trailer. Works just fine, no issues!
Very easy install. I was able to complete in about 15 minutes. Product arrived as advertised.
I love the hitch. I installed it on my Jeep Gladiator Mojave. Anyone with DIY mechanically inclinedskills can install this with a few basic tools. Instructions were easy to comprehend. I would recommend to others. I've pulled my 12' trailer with my atv and Harley many times over the course of the last year. Great product!

This product has performed superbly.
Product bolts right up to the factory mounts on Jeep Gladiator that didn't come with MaxTow options such as the Sport Edition. Manufacturer originally intends for this to be a ball mount through the bumper. Haven't tried to tow anything, but I bought it for a "t-Bone" hitch extender for Kayak hauling. Should work fine.
Side note: this hitch adapter can be installed without cutting a hole in the bumper, but have to remove the bumper to drive in the 1/2" Allen bolt. Another tip would be to leave only 1 thread left on the wire guides so you can seat the carriage bolts into the flat "tube" washer. Once these nuts are ran up almost to the frame by hand, you can pull the wires off and use an impact to drive them up to place and torque.
2025 Jeep Gladiator. Nice easy install. watch the video on e-trailer, the directions with the hitch show drilling out the plastic on the bumper, the video shows taking the bumper off so you don’t see the bolt. Bumper was only 6 bolts and 3 electrical connections and it comes right off.
Hitch installed easily and had no issues with hardware during installation. If your gladiator has the plastic bumper with no rock sliders, it is better to remove the bumper and install the hitch for a cleaner install. No holes need to be drilled with this method.

Could have been a 5 star except I needed to add a spacer between he hitch receiver and mount where the 3/4" bolt attached. I went with Curt instead of an cheaper Amazon brand thinking it would be a perfect fit aand higher quality, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
This is the second Curt hitch I have purchased from etrailer. Both were superior quality to other hitches. Fit and finish were excellent. Curt recommends cutting a 2" hole through the plastic portion of the Gladiator bumper. Do yourself a favor and remove the bumper (four easy bolts), install the hitch and have a professional looking install. Great product!

Absolutely no problems. Curt hitches are superior to the factory installed hitches.
Awesome hitch! easy to hook up if you take the bumper off 4 bolts 2 plugs/wires to disconnect the bumper comes off and the hitch bolts right up. Arrived quick and easy directions if you have any trouble there’s also a YouTube video for both. either cutting a hole in the bumper where the ball is or taking the bumper off your choice.
The part fit perfectly. With the bolt design, I did not have to cut a hole in my bumper. It was a quick and easy installation.
15 min install. The 250lb torque got a little interesting but even with that I was done in 15 min.
Delivery was quick. Nice product. Good people to do business with.
Saved my truck from damage I was rear ended hard and the only damage was to the hitch , life saver
I didn’t want to drill the hole cover out of my bumper so I removed the bumper and installed, then reinstalled bumper. 6 bolts on bumper and 3 wiring connections. Curt hitch was super easy install as well. Took me a hour to do it all.
You guys rock the best service ever holy S—— the fastest I ever seen all parts are in box nice product . Nice welds . Nailed it
