Comparing Curt and etrailer Trailer Hitches For 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon
Published 10/06/2021 >
Question:
I am looking for a trailer hitch receiver to install on my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. I see there is a Curt and Draw-Tite option that both look exactly the same, which do you recommend?

Expert Reply:
For your 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon you are correct that there are two trailer hitch receivers available, the Curt # CU74FR and the etrailer # e67AR.
Both of these hitches are very similar in the sense that they install in virtually the exact same way, and both have the same 500lb tongue weight rating and 5,000lb trailer weight rating.
If you will be towing a trailer with your Gladiator you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # 118786, and a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip # 989900.
I included the written instructions and install picture of the # CU74FR, and video reviews of the other recommended products for you to take a look at.
