Is this the correct one for a 2020 gladiator overland

There are two trailer hitches for a 2020 Jeep Gladiator, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # CU74FR which is for Rubicon models and the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # DR64FR which is for all other models such as the Overland. They are both bolt-on options with no cutting or drilling required.
If you will be towing then you'll also need a trailer wiring harness for which I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C56407 which is a plug-n-play option. Then to complete your setup, the etrailer Ball Mount Kit part # 989900 will have you covered.
