When I look at the hitch receivers for my 2021 Jeep Gladiator, I see to types. What type should I go with for my Jeep? I do not have a Rubicon.

For example, if you have the Freedom Edition model, my recommendation is theCurt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2", part # CU74FR. It is an easy bolt on installation and I the Curt option is made in the US. This hitch receiver has a maximum tongue weight of 500 lbs and a maximum gross trailer weight of 5,000 lbs.

If you do not have the Freedom Edition, my recommendation is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2",part # DR64FR. This hitch receiver has a maximum tongue weight of 1,125 lbs and a maximum gross trailer weight of 7,500 lbs. This hitch receiver is a better option if you plan on towing a trailer at some point. If so, you should also pick up the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector, part # C56407. It will provide your Jeep Gladiator with a 4-way connector and custom wiring harness.
