Ellen: Hey, everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and today, we're taking a look at the two and five-sixteenth inch gooseneck coupler head. This is going to be a weld-on head for your outer tube of your gooseneck, so that you can get that connected to your gooseneck ball. It's going to be made of a durable steel and does not have any coating on it so you could weld that in place on your gooseneck. The cup here, again, is going to fit a two and five-sixteenth inch diameter ball. Has this locking pin.

You push that forward, and push that forward and then rotate it back. Kind of an old school style there. Pull that pin out. The pin is going to have a half inch diameter. You see there.

The pin length, or usable length, is about three and a half inches. Overall length from outside edge to outside edge is about four and seven-eighths inches. Then the keeper, outer edge to outer edge, it's about the same, about four and seven-eighths inch.Customers have really great things with this. It's pretty simple, pretty straightforward. We'll give you a measurement of the base here so you can see what size it can weld up to.

It does have a 30,000 pound capacity. Of course, you want to always go off with the lowest number of any component in your system. You don't want to overload your truck or anything like that. The outer diameter here on our base, it's about four and seven-eighths inches and that's going from the very edge of one side to the edge of the other. Hold this up so you actually can see that.

Just about four and seven-eighths inches. Four and a half inches, anywhere down from there should work out just fine. The height or depth, about three inches. That's pretty much going to do it for our look at the two and five-sixteenth inch gooseneck coupler head with lock pin. If this doesn't quite do it for you, we do have other configurations available here at etrailer.com, so definitely check them out if you're interested. Thanks for watching. See you next time.
