Do you offer any gooseneck coupler that can be welded to the bottom of a 3inch o.d. square tube?

Yes, you could weld the 2-5/16" Gooseneck Coupler Head # 291300 to the bottom of a 3 inch outer diameter tube. Check out the picture I attached that shows the dimensions of this coupler.
