Installation
This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your vehicle's factory tow package wiring harness, which is located just behind the rear bumper.
Once installation is complete, the 4-way flat connector will be stowed beneath your vehicle, near the trailer hitch. A mounting bracket (sold separately) is recommended to keep the connector secure.
It is recommended that you use a small amount of grease on all electrical connections - the plug on your automobile and the 4-pole connector itself - to help prevent corrosion.

I was advised that this product had not been reviewed for the 2013 Lexus RX350. It connected fine on my RX350 with the factory towing package.
Plug n play as the description says. Very happy with the product . I simply drilled 2 holes in the plastic cover under the car and zip tied it in place
This wiring harness is well designed and shows a quality build. Coordinated with my Lexus system, it works perfectly.
One suggestion would be to split the harness with a 1/2 inch diameter connector. This would make it easier to drill a 1/2 inch hole in the spare tire tub so that the harness could be stored in the car when not in use.
Hitch and harness were correct and easy to install.
Draw-Tite hidden hitch was very easy to install on 2018 RX450h F-Sport. Just had to remove a plastic underbody panel that covers the area where the hitch is installed. Zero modifications needed. The hitch is a little bit heavy to install by one person but I was able to do so by propping one end up with a cardboard box while getting the other end bolted on. The 2” hitch receiver is a bit tight to get installed the first time, but that will probably ease up over time.
Very pleased with the hitch and feels very solid. Did a road test with bikes loaded and will be taking the e-bikes out for a road trip this weekend.
The trailer hitch wiring snapped right in. Took five minutes and one you tube video.
This hitch was very easy to install. I did not have to lower the exhaust. I
just had to pull down a little for the hitch to slip over it. My vehicle was
already prewired from the factory so the wiring was simple plug and play.
One connector just had to remove the factory connector cover and plug it the
harness and route harness along hitch. A couple of long tie wraps, black
electrical tape or any other type of tape would work great for running the
harness along the hitch (not supplied). I am attaching several pictures
after the installation. It looks great and is very well hidden. Receiver is
all that shows with wire connector. There is about 12 to 18 inches of wire
above the facia that can be pulled down for use if needed. Very glad I
ordered the Curt hitch #13541 and T-One wiring Harness for the Factory Tow
package #118252. By the way Great service from ordering over the phone to
delivery.

The hitch on my 2012 and wiring harness are working out great. I even took it to my dealership and they added it to the their records on my vehicle, showing that I added the hitch and harness. They were also impressed with the way I trimed around the hitch, hiding as much as I could. My wife didnt even notice it for a week. This was the first time I used it. Good job with the design and fitment.
Just installed Draw Tight hitch, wire assembly along with the brackets for a nice look. Everything went smooth with installation and it has a nice clean look as the hitch is well hidden. This is going to work for our bike rack and the cargo carrier I am now going to by. Now I can also get a small utility trailer to pull and haul stuff. I strongly recommend etrailer for all your needs as they communicated with me the whole way through and readily replaced a lock unit that somehow came without the key. Customer service is top notch.

Absolutely Fine!
It's so easy to hook up the wiring harness. Perfect fit with the factory connector.
I'm very pleased with the ease of installation and the fit and finish of our new hitch. On our 2021 Lexus RX350 model, it wasn't necessary to remove any parts or cut anything. The hitch does conpress the under side of the plastic bumper slightly, but doesn't effect it visually or structurally.
FITS the new 2020 HIGHLANDER! There is a new connector with the 2020 Highlander redesign under the driver side rear bumper. This cable plugs directly into the Highlander connector. See photo. There is no need to route or run wires for the trailer wiring. You will also need a converter to provide the correct signals to this cable. I recommend using the Toyota Plug-n-play converter part number: PT725-48200. It’s around $60 online. Be aware it is installed behind a panel located next to the driver’s side second row seat. Toyota completely changed the vehicle wiring for the 2020 model year. I also recommend the CURT C99FR hitch. Fits perfectly, easy to install and hides behind the bumper.
I've installed several trailer hitches in the past. The only way this installation would have been any easier would have been the young lady, taking the order, agreeing to come over and do it. I'll install these hitches all day for half what [the vehicle dealer] charges.
The 3 plastic/rubber plugs, on the left side, pop right out and the 2 tow bracket bolts, on the right side of the car, unscrew easily with a 19mm socket. I didn't have anyone to hold up one end of the hitch so I used an upside bucket to hold one end up while putting the two bolts in the other side.
The heat shield never came close to contacting the hitch, so no adjustments were needed.
The wiring harness was also easy to install. There's a pre-wired plug on the left side of the car near the exhaust pipe the harness plugs into. This car was ordered with the towing package so it's my understanding the harness is all that's needed.
I ordered and received a trailer hitch and wiring kit for my 2015 RX350 and also received a very informative video with it. It fit great and is almost invisible and no drilling was necessary. The only issue I had was I was supposed to reuse 2 of the bolts to rehang the exhaust but my bolts were tapered on the end and wouldn't fit so I had to use some generic bolts. But it's still a great product.
I got the trailer hitch the rubber hitch cover and the wiring harness delivered in 5 days from the day that I put my order in, very easy to install nice and tucked underneath the bumper,very well built and very well priced.

The wiring plug and harness were an exact match to original specifications for a 19 year old factory install except for turn signals were reversed, this was a minor fix. The final price was OK, but I was disappointed that the website had shown a price of $14.08 less than 12 hours before I placed the order. When I placed the order the following morning the priced jumped to $20.08 plus shipping. After all is said and done, still a great value for the money.

The instructions included with the harness were very clear and the online video made it quick and easy to install. It took no more than 10 minutes to install the harness.
Great service ordered on Friday at 2:30PM had to have it by Saturday it was to my door step by Saturday at 11AM it cost me the overnight fee but they performed and got it out for delivery. Great Job guy and Gals you saved me hundreds. If I every have trailer needs in the future I will turn to etrailer for all my needs from this day forward. You Are Awesome!!
