Is there trailer wiring available for a 2022 Lexus RX350?

If your Lexus RX350 already has the tow package which provides the taillight converter that's plugged into the connector located behind the passenger side cargo area bulkhead as shown in the linked instructions, you'll just need the # 118252 which plugs into the connector located behind the rear bumper.

If you don't have the tow package, you'll need the # C56217 which includes both the converter that plugs into the connector located in the cargo area but also the 4 pole connector that plugs in behind the bumper.

Since you went with the Class ll hitch you can use part #19258 for a 2 inch trailer ball. I had mentioned both the 1-7/8 inch and the 2-inch trailer hitch balls so you can order the right size hitch ball for your trailer.
