Question:
I understand that you recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13272 for my 2019 Lexus RX350 F1 Sport, right? My RV Trailer has a 7 PIN Trailer connector, I am wondering if the the trailer wiring harness T-One part # 118252 fits this connector or do I need something else?

I have a solution for you, but the Tekonsha # 118252 is designed for the 2019 Lexus RX350 F1 Sport with the towing package Additionally, it's only a 4 way and if your RV has a 7 way plug you'll need to add that as well.. You'll want to use the Tekonsha # 118255 which comes with the converter box that will plug into your tail lights and allow you to power the lights on a trailer and provide you with a 4 way plug that is the base of any 7 way connector that doesn't come factory installed on a vehicle.
To install the 7 way, I recommend using the # ETBC7L kit, which will give you the 7 way connector you need to connect your trailer and control the brakes. If you don't already have a brake controller, the Curt Echo # C51180 is what I recommend you use because of the ease of installation. You won't need to install anything inside the vehicle and it is controlled by your iOS (8.0 or newer) or Android (4.4 or newer) smart phone.
If you already have a wired brake controller, you'll want to use the # ETBC7 kit instead of the # ETBC7L. There is not a plug in adapter for the 2019 Lexus RX350, so any wired brake controller will require hard wiring into the vehicle.
When it comes to the hitch, the Curt # C13272 is a great choice since the Curt hitches typically have a much more durable powdercoating on them, which is going to help prolong the life of your hitch and prevent corrosion.
I've linked some review videos of these parts as well.
