Hitch part # DT58GR is the custom fit hitch for your 2022 Lexus RX 350 F Sport. A few things to note about the install, there is no drilling required, however minor heat shield modification may be required. If your vehicle is equipped with the lateral performance damper, the damper will need to be removed to install this hitch. The last thing to note about the install is, starting in 2020, Lexus lowered the rear fascia on this vehicle, so the hitch receiver may push up on the fascia.

If you are planning to do some towing with your RX 350, you will also need part # RM-910022. These are required to be able to attach safety chains. So if towing is in your future, you will also need part # 118252, this is the custom wiring harness.
