Wiring Harness on 2016 Lexus RX 350 for 5-Way Connector on Trailer with Surge Brakes

I am considering purchasing a Lexus Rx350 and was wondering if there is a wiring kit for a 5 pin flat connector so that my trailer brakes will disengage when I go into reverse.

For a 5-way trailer connector on your 2016 Lexus RX 350 you'll first need a 4-way. If the Lexus includes the tow package you can use # 118252 which will plug into a connector just under the rear bumper. If it does not have the tow package then # 118255 is what you'll need which has a 4-way that plugs into the same place, as well as a ModuLite power module that plugs behind a trim panel in the rear cargo area.
Once you have a 4-way you can then use # 47515 which plugs into the 4-way and has an additional wire to connect into the Lexus's reverse light circuit so that the trailer's brakes will not engage while in reverse.
