I ordered this surge brake hitch without the back up solenoid. Due to supply chain problems it was going to take 3 months to ship. Upon receiving it far ahead of schedule it had the solenoid included at no extra charge meaning that someone at etrailer expedited my order and kept me happy at etrailers expense. How can you top that for service?

Shipping was very quick, received it a couple days after I ordered it.
I had purchased a used boat and trailed and found out that the brakes weren't working. The old actuator was seized up. Installed new actuator and my problem was taken care of, etrailer.com was great to work with!
