Hello Matt, thanks for reaching out. There are different models of the Dexter A-60 actuator. All will work with a tandem axle setup, but they make them for drum and disc brakes, so it depends which model you have.
For example, the Dexter A-60 part # DX56FR is for disc brakes, while part # DX27FR is for drum. The disc brake version operates at a higher PSI than the drum version.
If you can share the model number on your actuator, I can tell you what kind of brakes it will work with.
