The only difference between the Dexter DX7.5L A-60 Brake Actuator - Bolt On - Drum - 2" Ball - Zinc - 7,500 lbs # DX27FR and Brake Actuator with Manual Lockout - Bolt On - Drum - 2" Ball - 7,500 lbs # T63FR is the # T63FR has the manual lockout already installed where the # DX27FR does not.

Both have the same 7500lb trailer weight rating, zinc plated finish, accept a 2" hitch ball, and bolt on to a 3" wide channel tongue. Since they are pretty much the same I would go with the most cost effective option at the time.

If you decide to go with the # DX27FR you will need the manual lockout key # DX94FR.

I included videos of the actuators mentioned for you to take a look at.
