Do you sell a tow loop receiver that fits the 1 1/4 tube? Tow loop to be used for road course track events as an assist for emergency vehicle recovery if my mustang goes into a safety trap.

No, I am sorry Tom we do not have a tow loop ball mount that fits a 1-1/4" receiver. The best option I can offer is a ballmount like the etrailer Ball Mount w/ Pre-Torqued 2" Ball item # e47DR. I would be reluctant to use your Mustang's hitch as a recovery point though. That hitch may not be capable of supporting the weight of your vehicle. Without knowing your year I can't say for certain but a class I 1-1/4" hitch only has a 2,000 lbs capacity.
