Hello Henry, thanks for getting in touch. The Draw-Tite Class 1 Hitch # DT68GR for the 2021 Acura TLX has a towing capacity of 2,000 lbs. Most jet skis weigh like 300-900 lbs max so the hitch can easily tow a small trailer and a jet ski. As long as the combined weight of the trailer and the jet ski is less than 2,000 lbs you will be good to go.
Since you plan to tow a trailer you will also need the Curt T-Connector # C45RV. Also get the etrailer Ball Mount # e47DR if you don't have one already.
