Recently, I've been going to track days a lot and am tired of riding my motorcycle there every day. I'm considering getting a single motorcycle trailer for my 2024 Accord Hybrid Sport L, but people around me at the Honda dealership where I work as a sales associate are advising against it. They say it could void my warranty and damage the transmission. My motorcycle weighs about 500 lb. Do you think a single trailer would damage my car?

No, it wouldn't. Your 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport L has a 1,500 lbs towing capacity. You could easily stay below this with the right trailer while only hauling a 500 lbs motorcycle. Additionally, adding a hitch to your car does not void your warranty as you are covered by the Magnuson-Moss warranty act. It states that unless the part added actually causes a problem, then installation and use of the part will not void the warranty.
The best hitch for your 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport L is going to be the Curt item # C35RV. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Honda with included hardware. It is a class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver. I really like this hitch because it mounts behind your rear bumper leaving only the 1-1/4" receiver exposed.
Since you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 119250KIT and a ball mount kit item # e47DR.
