Hi Oscar; for your 2025 Chevy Trax I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C75VV. This is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver and a bolt-on installation. It has a max gross trailer weight of 2,000 lbs and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
If you plan on towing you will also need wiring and a ball mount. For wiring you need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C93ZV. This plugs into the connection points behind your tail lights and will provide you with a 4-way to power your trailer's signal lights. For a ball mount, check out the etrailer # e47DR.
