I sure can Maria. I've got all the parts you need but let me start out by recommending a different hitch and telling you why I think you don't want the Curt item # C94UR for your Trailblazer.

The Curt item # C94UR is a 1-1/4" hitch. That means you're going to be extremely limited on what options you have for accessories like bike racks and cargo carriers. 1-1/4" accessories have lower capacities and are often time more expensive because there are less options. While you'll save money today, you're going to limit yourself down the road.

Instead, I recommend installing our etrailer item # e87ZV. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. The installation method is identical to the Curt item # C94UR so it's going to require the same amount of labor and look the same. The etrailer hitch item # e87ZV also has a more rust resistant finish that blends in better beneath your Trailblazer's trim because it's not shinny and reflective like the Curt item # C94UR. I linked a couple of installation videos below along with a couple of pictures so you can take a look for yourself.

Both hitches are custom fit for your Trailblazer and come with all necessary hardware to get them installed.

As far as wiring goes, you'll need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C79DQ. This custom fit harness is going to plug directly into a factory port in your rear cargo carrier to the left of the spare tire. It'll be hidden underneath some trim. This will provide you with a 4-way connector capable of controlling your trailer or accessories lighting functions. I attached a picture to help you find it. I recommend verifying your Trailblazer has this connector before purchasing the item # C79DQ.

For a ball mount, I'm going to give you two options incase I swayed you into going with the 2" hitch item # e87ZV.

For a 2" ball mount, the etrailer Ball Mount w/ Pre-Torqued 2" Ball item # e38NR will work great. It comes with a preinstalled 2" hitch ball and a safety pin to secure it. The ball mount has a 2-3/4" rise to make sure your trailer's going to be level with the low sitting hitch on your Trailblazer. The top of the hitch ball will sit right at 14-3/4" above the ground.

For a 1-1/4" ball mount, the etrailer Ball Mount w/ Pre-Torqued 2" Ball item # e47DR is almost identical. It just has a smaller shank. The top of the 2" hitch ball will sit closer to 15" when installed.

What kind of trailer do you have and do you plan on using your new hitch for a bike rack or a cargo carrier?
