Hey Abel! The Curt Hitch item # C92UR will fit the hybrid model of the 2025 Honda Civic, but there's an extra step when installing it. You have to do some trimming of the bumper area to accommodate the 1-1/4" receiver. That's why it says it isn't intended.

The Curt Hitch item # C92UR is custom fit for the 2025 Honda Civic hatchback and sedan. This is a class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver. It has a 2,000 lbs towing capacity and 200 lbs maximum tongue weight. I have linked an installation video below that will show you how to get it set up.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C43VV and a ball mount kit item # e47DR. If you are planning on installing this hitch for an accessory like a bike rack or cargo rack I would be happy to make a recommendation. I would just need to know what you're looking to haul and some weight specifics.

Hey Abel, how did the trimming go when fitting the Curt hitch on your Civic hybrid? Your feedback could really help others wondering about that extra step. Sharing how it turned out would be great for anyone planning a similar setup.

@JerredH I didn't end up getting a 2025 Civic Hybrid. I got a 2025 Rav4 Hybrid instead. More well suited for an old retired guy that mountain bikes a lot! For the RAV4 I would recommend the EcoHitch hidden trailer hitch because it has more ground clearance.
