Purchased a hitch a week before camping. It came timely, clear instruction. I bolted it up and wired the light in about an hour. I had difficulty cleaning the weld nuts as my car is five years old.
The hitch and wiring was very easy to install after watching the installation videos. They were extremely helpful and showed exactly what I needed to do.
It was easy. That’s what I like. Went online, selected my car, and brought up exactly what I needed, Hitch, wiring, everything. Received my order promptly, and installed the hitch and the wiring in about an hour. Had very simple instructions. I would order from etrailer again.

The order came even sooner than I expected and everything was correct. Thanks to your videos I was able to install the hitch and the wiring harness by myself. The hardest part of the job was loosening the two bolts just above the muffler. The job could have been hard but again, thanks to your videos, the job was really quite easy.

This product was excellent! I love how you can hide the hitch when not using it. I watched the easy to install videos, and even though the video instructions were excellently done and made the installation seem fairly simple, I decided to have it installed professionally. When I priced out all off the parts needed, etrailer was about $150 cheaper then other web-sites; Since the installation only cost me $143, I figured I would use my savings to pay someone who knows what they are doing to install it. When you purchase the main part for this hitch, click on "Other Items Customers Purchased who Purchased this Part' (or something like this) and you will be able to figure out the other parts needed (i.e, the ball). Shipping was super fast, I received my purchase in 3 days. I give the product and web-site an A++++++!
