Extended Ball Mount For Jeep Wrangler To Clear Oversized Spare Tire

Question:

I have a 2013 jk Jeep wrangler unlimited with a tow hitch receiver that is too low, the issue is with the spare tyre height is in the way of my trailer connection D35 Pin The connection is fine when I have the hitch rightside up , however my camper trailer will nosedive , so I need to turn my reciever upside down which level the camper trailer perfectly, but then my spare wheel is in the way. I need to lift the spare wheel 3 inches for enough clearance or have a longer hitch to get past the spare wheel. currently have a 300 mm hitch which I was told is the longest available. I have attached a couple of pics with the hitch upside down and also rightside up

For your 2013 Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited I recommend the Hidden Hitch Ball Mount # 80232. This ball mount has a length of 15-3/4"(400mm) from center of hitch pin hole to center of ball hole. That will give you an additional 3-15/16"(100mm) over your current ball mount.
