Does Hidden Hitch 80232 Reduce Towing Capacity

Question:
Would I lose any towing capacity towing a trailer with a 15inch hitch? Specifically part #80232? Looking to tow a trailer carrying a side by side, approximate weight of 1400lbs, while hauling a small ATV in my bed, approximate weight of 440lbs. I have a toolbox on my truck I dont want to remove to do this. Thats why Im looking at the longer hitch. Trailer is a 77W x 12foot trailer with a single 3500lb axle. Thank you for any help

You do not lose any towing capacity when you use the Hidden Hitch Ball Mount # 80232 despite it's longer length of 15 inches.
